One of our nodes in Chicago is facing a downtime. We believe this is a hardware issue and waiting for a KVM to be connected to the server to see what's wrong. Data loss is less likely. UPDATE: It turned out to be a KVM related kernel panic. We have upgraded the kernel and it\'s coming up in a few minutes.

It seems the DimeNOC datacenter in Orlando that we use is down. We have confirmed that it's not a power issue and all data is safe. Datacenter engineers are working on getting everything up.

We are reinforcing our network bandwidth, capacity, and infrastructure by mobilizing our network into another more reliable area of our data center in Los Angeles.
