18 January 2016 | 16:47 - We are aware of an issue causing all VMs in one of our NYC servers to be inaccessible and are actively working to resolve the issue.
18 January 2016 | 17:02 - This appears to be due to a failed drive. We're checking disk inventory now.
18 January 2016 | 17:05 - A drive has been located. Datacenter has a tech en route to the facility, current ETA is 7:30pm EST.
18 January 2016 | 20:46 EST - Server is back online, VMs are now booting.
30 January 2016 | 10:00 EST - Server appears to be having issues again, we are working on a resolution.
30 January 2016 | 10:29 EST - Server is back online and booting containers.
