15 July 2016 | 12:32 PM: We are aware of an issue with our credit card processor and are in the process of engaging a new company to process credit card payments for us.

We continue to accept Paypal payments without issue and would recommend using Paypal to pay your invoices if possible, which has the added benefit of being cheaper for you since you are not levied a gateway fee. 

While we work through the credit card processor issue, your service will remain online. We have unsuspended all services that were suspended for being overdue on payment, but if you find that we missed your service, we apologize, and please open a ticket to have it unsuspended.

You may find that your invoice has a late fee applied to it. We will be crediting your account with the amount of the late fee once credit card payments are available again.

We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced due to this action. Please do not hesitate to inquire if you have any questions or comments.
