Your VM should be online unless you reboot it, where it may not come back from a reboot until the issue is resolved. Please refrain from needlessly rebooting the service to attempt to "fix" it.
06 August 2016 | 11:48 AM - VMs are back online. A reboot was required to rectify this issue; your VM may be a bit sluggish until all VMs on the container are booted.
