We are experiencing a connectivity issue to node21. We are are investigating the issue and will update this announcement when more information becomes available.
UPDATE 11:22 PM: The datacenter has notified us finally saying that their core router is down and should be replaced and this would take another 24 hours to complete.
UPDATE 01:25 AM: We have sent one of our techs to the datacenter to take the server and move it to another datacenter that hosts our other Dallas nodes to take advantage of this downtime and migrate the server physically.
UPDATE 02:10 AM: The server has been taken from the datacenter and has been racked in the new datacenter (that hosts our other Dallas nodes.) The server is now online.
However, we are going to need a few more hours to get the VPS's back online due to having the subnets to be announced in the new datacenter. If you'd like to get your VPS back online ASAP, we can replace your IP address to get it online ASAP.
Tuesday, 17 January 2017, 13:24 - This is complete and VMs are back online. Note that we used this opportunity to complete the physical migration that was planned for this node, which involved an IP address change that you were notified of a couple of years ago. We found many VMs that still had not had their IP changed, which we rectified via single-user mode. If you're experiencing a connectivity issue, please use the newly-assigned IP provided to you in the ticket entitled "IP Renumbering - node21" from January 2015.
