Monday, 13 May 2018, 23:45 - We're aware of an issue with this node, and are working to rectify it. Please accept our apologies for the downtime. From preliminary analysis, it appears to be a problem with the RAID controller.
Monday, 14 May 2018, 01:06 - The node appears to have stabilized after the disks responsible were marked as offline. We're preparing to replace them and rebuild the RAID with cooperation from the datacenter.
Thursday, 17 May 2018, 02:28 - One disk was replaced, and a rebuild is underway. However, another kernel panic event has been noted.
