Monday, 27 July 2020, 22:42 - A power failure in the DC has led to subsequent RAID failure. We're working on recovering the array, but do not have an exact ETA available.
Wednesday, 29 July 2020, 14:20 - We discovered two disk failed at the same time in the same RAID array. We got one of the disk cloned to a new disk, and were able to bring the RAID array backup. FSCK is running on the array now. FSCK does not have an ETA involved with it, but we remain hopeful at this time, and will continue to update this announcement as the situation progresses.
