[SOLVED] R1soft license issue

06/27/2023 09:07 - we are aware of an issue with R1soft licensing. We are in touch with Connectwise about the situation now. Please take no action to try to fix it yourself, there's nothing you can do from your end of things, you don't need to reactivate your license at this time or download different software or return the license or anything at all. We will update this announcement when resolved.

06/29/2023 09:52 - The licensing issues should now be resolved. Your backups should already be running. If you're still seeing the same error message, you can reactivate it and that should resolve it.
