~9:48AM 8/24/2014 BST - Moments ago Node12 in Chicago went into kernel softlock. The server is being hard reset and will be online shortly. Each VM will then be simultaneously booted and all services should be restored within 30 minutes.
~9:50AM 8/24/2014 BST - Node12 is back online. VMs booting up. Please refrain from using the control panel to start, stop, or reset your server.
