12/28/2015 22:34 - We've had the volumes on node10 go read-only again. As we've tried to communicate the situation to the DC techs available to us at this time, only to have them fail to understand the gravity of the situation, we'll most likely wait until morning to have DC techs that we've had work on this situation before available to us. We'll update this announcement as we have more information on the situation.
12/29/15 12:14 - We're shipping a server from our Dallas location to replace this one. We will update the announcement we have a more finite timeframe for this server to be online in Orlando.
12/30/15 13:02 - The replacement server is in and we are still working on rescuing the data.
12/31/15 16:18 - Server is back online and VMs are now booting. Let us know if you encounter any issues with your VM.
