We have been notified by our monitoring system that the RAID controller on this server has failed. We are working on finding a resolution for it. Update 04:28: The VM's are booting now. However, we are going to replace this RAID controller to avoid this issue again in the future. The replacement part should arrive to our DC in around 6 hours.

We are aware of the downtime of VMs on node10 (Orlando). There appears to be an issue with the RAID array. We are working on resolving it now. Thursday 9/24: As we have unresolved filesystem issues on this node from Tuesday's RAID issue, we're unmounting both filesystems on this node and are running fsck on both of them. Please watch our Announcements page for further news on the situation....

Due to some messages listed in dmesg regarding filesystem issues, we have stopped all VMs on node10 and are currently running a filesystem check on both data partitions of the node. As fsck does not provide an expected completion time, we do not have an ETA for it to be back online, however, we'll update this announcement when VMs are back online. THis is complete and VMs are now starting.

Our monitoring system has alerted us about this node not being able to read from the RAID array and we have been inspecting the reason behind it since. We will update this announcement once we know more. Update: The server is back online after 6 hours.

We are investigating an outage of node6. We will update this announcement as we have more information. This has been rectified. Node had a kernel panic, node rebooted.
