Dallas R1soft Storage planned maintenance is underway. We'll update this message when complete. Update 9:31AM CDT: We're still working the maintenance. A system reboot to reload a new kernel did not go as planned. We're working to boot the system now. Update 9:36AM CDT: Server is booted, Idera Manager is starting now. Update 9:46AM CDT: Maintenance is complete, and server is back online.

We are having network issues in Los Angeles again. A good amount of packets are getting dropped and latency is high. We are in contact with the DC. Update: 03:22: The issue has been solved.

~9:48AM 8/24/2014 BST - Moments ago Node12 in Chicago went into kernel softlock. The server is being hard reset and will be online shortly. Each VM will then be simultaneously booted and all services should be restored within 30 minutes. ~9:50AM 8/24/2014 BST - Node12 is back online. VMs booting up. Please refrain from using the control panel to start, stop, or reset your server.

08/02/2014 @ 3:54 AM ~BST We're aware of what seems to be a networking outage for Node21. We'll investigate and update asap. 08/02/2014 @ 4:03 AM ~BST Maintanence is being carried out on a switch. We expect networking to be restored by 4:30 AM ~BST. 08/02/2014 @ 6:04 AM ~BST Unfortunately maintanence took longer than initially expected. The network is back online...

A chunk of our LA servers are currently down due to a network outage in LA. We've begun investigation. Update: ETA for resolution is no more than 10 minutes. A switch has failed and it is currently being replaced.
